Talma Fasteners
Talma Fasteners is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oconomowoc Manufacturing. We specialize in open die cold heading, which is best suited for long length fasteners (up to 10 inches). We augment our primary manufacturing capabilities by also providing: re-heading, nut forming, roll threading, brake presses and light assembly.
- Open die Cold Heading
- Cold heading entails rapidly forging wire rod using punches and dies without heat. Capable of producing more than 7000 pieces per hour, it yields exceptionally accurate parts with outstanding surface finishes with little or no scrap. These parts typically exhibit superior mechanical properties versus machined parts due to improved grain structure.

TCR Engineered Components
TCR is a TS certified cold forming parts manufacturer with an emphasis on value added secondary services. In-house secondary processes include grinding, threading, broaching, flattening, bending, machining, welding, heat treating and assembly. TCR’s competitive advantage comes from our ability to combine our primary manufacturing capabilities along with our secondary services through automation to produce complex parts. By utilizing automation, TCR is very competitive in higher volume / project driven opportunities.
